The animation team provided frequent activities. This. I found the staff to be helpful. I appreciated the wide selection of fresh food in the restaurant. Daily room cleaning maintained a very tidy environment!

the rooms were clean daily with fresh towels. the food offered good variety, i found many options i enjoyed.

The entertainment team worked hard and tried to engage guests in activities.
The food options proved to be a recurring problem. I often found myself struggling to find appealing choices, and the buffet items were often not hot enough for my liking..

Impressed with the Service and Cleanliness
energetic team helpful staff excellent comfort
I found the animation team very energetic! Karam and Oussama ensured activities were fun, facilitating new connections. The staff at reception, Yoursa, Mustafa, and Karin, were notably helpful. I found the beds and pillows provided excellent comfort!
The air conditioning was only blowing hot air, despite the need for cooling. I was informed it was not hot enough for cold air, inconvenient. This meant I could not adjust the room temperature to my preference.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Amenities
great location easy access helpful staff
The hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to nearby attractions and services. It is just a short walk to the beach. The marina bay is also easily accessible, offering various dining options. The staff members were always helpful and kind, providing valuable assistance with transport and excursions. I also appreciate the guard Idrees, the concierge Abdul Ghani, and luggage boys El Mehdi and Hamza for their kindness and support.
The terrace door in my room did not lock properly, compromising security. Water would also trap underneath the bathroom lino, causing inconvenience. A few cockroaches were present in my room one night, possibly entering through the ill-fitting terrace door.

The reception team offered excellent support. Yousra and Hasnaa were very nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to assist me, I appreciate them.

The food was delicious, and I found much variety each day. The restaurant provided a great selection. Asma was the perfect host every evening in the restaurant. She knew exactly what we needed. She was very attentive, like visiting a good friend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment. The animation team involved everyone. We loved the aqua experience in the pool. It was so much fun. The food offered a good mix each night. We especially appreciated the themed nights. The hotel's location is close to the beach, providing easy access for walks.
